Hello,
I have a very strange issue.
I have a customer who needs his mails to be forwarded to his external address, and he would like his secretary to receive those mails too.
I have added his ext email to the forwarding address field in the person document, and his secretary's internal name too.
He is receiving all the mails, but she is receiving only internal ones!!!
I have tested changing her name by her complete email firstname.name@company.com, but the issue is still the same!!
